Riot fix the turret lasers please

When I saw the change for the first time I was like " jesus, diving the inihibitor turrets will be hard ", but after it went on live, I saw how garbage the damage is. It takes forever to ramp up, and it doesn't even do that much of dmg. Please buff those turrets

Yeah they're garbage. Honestly, and ironically, the old towers seemed stronger.
