How is this matchmaking?

I've won about 450+ games; so, it would seem logical for me to get matched with other Bronzies who have won about 300 or 400 games. I know they exist, I have seen them. Instead, I get matched with people who have won, maybe, 50 games. So, I'm getting matched with new players. How is that considered fair matchmaking? Am I expected to carry these people?? If I could carry players as bad as what I get matched with, I would be in Diamond by now.

The matchmaking is based off MMR, not the amount of wins you have.

MMR is based off your wins vs losses and the order you acieved them in.

This, if you've got that many games played and are still stuck where you are and playing with people with a lot less wins it means you either need to work harder and better yourself or you're stuck at your current elo and won't move any further since that's where your skill places you.
