Also ignores nerfing champions that are op or toxic for a long time. Instead they nerf champions no one ever complained and also buff champions no one asked for buffs ( Zed, Lee, Riven, Leblanc....)

Best Valor NA2 votesRiot has no obligation to respond and do whatever the community cries for. They may take things mentioned by the boards and community into consideration. But they won't be like "Oh, it seems like some people want a lux buff, lets give it to them!" no. thats not how this works.
LatetotheRace1 votesWell someone did ask for buffs. Cough cough LCS scrubs cough cough. If their mains are garbage riot will step in and fix that, they might even give them a warm towel and some fancy champagne.
