Would that fix the botlane fiesta issue and make top more relevant?
Pressuring Bot would mean Risking first turret gold, instead of Botlane being home to FT AND DRAG. Laos, this would make securing Rift Herald just that bit more important, since getting it early can mean that you can leave top to pressure bot as a safety net that they will get FT gold if things don't go perfect, or if they do, result in a huge power play.

venomous frost1 votesThe tower buff hardly matters in soloQ, it only lasts until the 5 minute mark, way earlier than most gangbangs happen in soloQ.
The main reason bot is targeted is because 2 plaers = more gold to farm, and 3 ppl pushing tower= faster tower.
supp also has a better setup most of the time

not really. It would make top lane relevant because the splitpush need not go unchecked. So there is more of a trade off and thus botlane fiestas are less ubiquitous.

Dragon is the reason ganks happened like crazy at bottom not weak towers. Fix purple scrub to be as relevant or more relevant than dragon you fix top lane. By weakening towers in top lane, first opponent to back would simply lose tower and gain a gold advantage. JG doesn't only have Top to babysit he's got 3 lanes.

yes, back when Drags were linear. Now drags are Randomised. Im pretty sure im not ganking bot just for a cloud drake. Im ganking it because with 3 people (potentially 4) we will easily get first tower gold off of bot tower since it has no fortification.

Herald is actually fine. I'd actually say that Herald is more worth than Cloud Drake at the bare minimum and Ocean Drake is more debatable depending on when you are getting it. The problem is, as i said, going for herald early over botlane isn't worth it since you are giving up the opportunity for FB tower gold. Else , lane swaps would never have happened to begin with.
