Volibear dosent need buffs he need a small rework..

This champion is an old champion that have

Mundo Mini Passive Singed Mini flip combined with an AA buff and speed Garen mini ulti with AS steroid A normal AOE slow And an ulti that its just there to be justified as ulti..

I saw that they buff his W AS steroid..this would literally do nothing for volibear except making him more stat check..

How about a new ULTI?

How about a Better E?

How about a Better Q?

I dont know i buy Volibear i play him one game at plat 3 i end up 14/5/10

And i didnt feel like i did something..i was just pressing buttons and letting the stats do the job for me...i know that many champions are like that (cough cough cough cough cough and others) but with voli its bad because its weird i felt like his ulti was pretty much useless..i mean for real he need a new ulti...But his E feels bad too now people would say "well without his E his jungle hurr durr" yeah i dont know voli is like what 5-6 year old? or maybe olrder he really need some work and not just "Well lets buff his W AS and his R damage and his Q speed and his E fear"

This is just STATS sure if you make them big enough it would break him but it would still feel like you literally do nothing...if i show yoy the replay of my gameplay you could see that i was like "Yeah and now we AA we wait for the 3 attacks and W and yeah..oh ok yeah ah he die ah ok cool"

That exactly the interaction you have with Voli i am not saying make him the new Lee or Yasuo but hell give him a new ULTI or E
