He has many counters and it takes skill to beat them.
It's similar to Diana. I mean, people can say it doesn't take skill all day long(Especially when she only truly has one reliable burst combo, similar to Wu), but I'd like to see them hold their own against Darius, or come out of lane ahead of Malz in CS, etc. Every champ takes skill, and learning their matchups is part of that skill which is always evolving.
