It is never time to "gut" achamp just because you don't like them mate.

i like jhin, he's the only adc i played this season (sometimes ezreal and darius)

but lethality jhin is so retarded, and i wouldn't gut him i would gut him while forcing him to build crit

jhin is balanced around the fact that he has no mobility+550 range+no self peeling except delayed snare but when there is a build that allows him to do damage from 2000 range there is a problem+youmu that gives him an escape

Then don't say gut Jhin for cripe's sake.

If you want to use the word, say that you would gut his Lethality build.

Your original post is quite misleading on the intention.

Not "perma" unless you have 100% crit and it's in late game, lethality build is early/mid game
