Off meta build AP Lucian nerf on PBE!

So I main AP Lucian. He is actually viable in the right hands and tho most ppl think it is trash, I proven plenty of them wrong.

I know riot does not acknowledge AP Lucian, but I enjoy champ build diversity and think it is good for the game. So I just wanted to point out that the Lucian nerfs while intended to affect AD Lucian, will destroy AP Lucian.

For those who don't know, riot is nerfing the base damage on Lucian ult so that it is weaker at rank 1, but almost the same at rank 3.

Ap Lucian is very dependent on his ult.

So all I'm asking is for riot to consider a small buff AP wise for the amount of damage ap Lucian will be losing early game. AP Lucian is by no means OP, just a viable fun option.
