Assuming his early wave-clear speed, **sustain **, and ganks **power ** are decent to begin with, now it'll take me even more time to hit that level 3.

I'll assume I never get counter-jungled, which is considered free kills against an outdated champ , those junglers will waveclear fast, get more exp, do more ganks, put my team behind, take advantage of gold/objectives/snowball, meanwhile i'm just trying to survive in the jungle and not daring to step in the enemy's .

I hope those changes ship, I want Wukong to be complete garbage and see his win ratio massively drop. Can't play Wu toplane, too many tanks, can't play him midlane, tons of poke, next patch we won't be able to jungle as well.

Keep him shelved, you know what? just delete him at this point if you have "no idea" what new passive he should get.
