Lee Sin - Change Q's speed Back to release value?

So,

back when nobody could play Lee properly he got severely buffed (retrospective it was quite ironical). One of his changes consited in increasing the projectile speed of his Q. Currently it's close to undodgeable in the hand of any semi skilled player. While his W allows him to use a teammember as a gapcloser, considering this I dare say that his Q is too failsafe.

I don't think Lee is too much over the top, but he's so save and offers so little counterplay considering his moblity - it'ld just be fair to undo this unneeded buff and set his Q back to it's orignial speed and allow actual counterplay.
