Its is because their kit is inherently toxic. If olaf had better ratios he would be absolutely busted into oblivion. Aatrox is a drain tank ( i believe that is the right terminology) It isn't healthy game play and thats why they have been semi UP

He's got a strong early-mid and is effectively a hypercarry.
He's not even that hard to play. Try him out.
The only reason he's 'weak' atm is because you need a lot of HP and armor, and at least 1 MR item, to not get wrecked in fights before you can do anything.
and being accurate with axes are necessary to succeed on him, but without tabi nobody can tank ADCs effectively this season, and if you're in the jungle, you don't have room for another armor item so you don't get melted either way.
In addition, you have to have very good game sense, because you are definitely taking
