PSA: I'd rather you fall behind in CS than feed trying to comeback.

Tends to happen bot lane more than any lane, but it def happens mid/top too. You die, you almost had'em so you come back to lane only to try again with 1 of 3 things happening. 1: You almost had them (again) (0-2) 2: You get ganked during the trade (0-2) 3: You get a lucky swing (1-1) Seeing as you have a 33% chance in my eyes of actually pulling your lane back together alone, it's probably not worth the risk and you should play passively until your jungler comes to assist you. BEFORE you get frustrated that he is NOT coming, make sure he knows what summoner spells they have or don't have, and if they warded a bush. If he STILL doesn't come, chances are he is doing something else trying to benefit the team in some other way.

What ever the situation, if you are behind, its better to minimize the bleeding and just play passively till mid game, then to try and be the hero every game and ending up the feeder no one wants.

TL;DR Lose farm, not your life.
