Velzard of Koz1 votesIt's not being buffed to be more efficient in killing bruisers, it's being buffed to be more efficient item to be purchased. I am not saying they are buffing the right place, but the item was merely purchased, even by champions that were supposed to synergize with the item, so the item needed some buff. It's about the item not about brisers/tanks, despite the fact they will indeed be negatively affected.
