@riot, is there anychance of us getting Arcane Blade mastery back?

Not everyone wants to combine item 3124 and item 3115 in order to get 20% ap on hit. So can we get this added to Fevor of battle or buff item 3115 to have a unique additional 5% ap on hit the does not add to item 3124 passive.

I just want my 20% ap on hit back without having to get 2 items.

Combine the two %Resist penetration masteries into a single mastery and set them along side a new Arcane Blade mastery that gives you magic damage OnHit equal to 0.1 AD/0.05 AP. Right now the %Pen masteries aren't offering a particularly compelling choice for the vast majority of the cast.

So with Rylies at 20% slow and blue buff no long gives 15% AP,... can we buff back the ap items?

Honestly, seeing the Akali rework makes playing immobile champs seem unfair.

Static shiv is way better for ADC that Luden Echo is for Mages.
