PSA: A Preview Into ELO Hell

For all of you who decide that ranked isn't worth taking seriously, here's a preview of what your future in ranked will look like.

Last month I thought to try out different things in ranked that I hadn't done before because it's preseason, right? Who cares. right? It's a time to try things, right?

Wrong!

My MMR is so terrible right now because of two different loss streaks that dropped me into bronze that not even a winning streak can repair it.

I am now in a situation where in order to climb the ladder one inch at a time, I have to win 2/3 matches.

Because a win is netting me, at most, 15 LP whereas a loss is costing me 23-24.

So, take it from a guy who chose to ignore the clear warnings. Take ranked seriously, even if it is only preseason. Or end up in a personal hell much like the one in which I find myself at present.

This was entirely preventable and avoidable and I've only myself to blame.

And why I don't just start all over is because I don't want to have to collect all the champions and all the skins I have all over again.

So, I just have to deal with it and hope things will get better a little bit each day.
