I mean seriously tho. I hate ppl justifying TF current position because of his ult. It's very situational and no stronger than TP in most cases. He is weak, and you feel more vulnerable than an open womb when you abilities go on CD and the enemy isn't dead.

Well I had this really cool idea of giving his E an active that doesn't do much on it's own but strong when use with Q/W.
#1 Dealer's Rift: TF opens a rift in the shape of a card for 8 seconds. He can not pass though it firstly, only his damaging spells can pass through it extending their ranges by doing so. If TF kill
#2 Stacked Deck (active): TF spawns some sort of deck at target location. The deck fires Wild Cards whenever TF does at selected direction and if TF locks Pick a card on a Target in range of Deck, the card will fly from the "Deck" entity.
