Balance Team Philosophy

This seems to be a reoccurring thing in the balance team department. Grab a champion, completely change their identity, rush their reworks, leave them as is for multiple patches, ignore player feedback.

You know riot is working towards making most champions viable but this plan of reworking/changing champions without player feedback and then leaving them in the dust is not going to help with this goal of making most champions viable.
