And it's going to have several autowin ban champions for worlds. Again.

At this point I wonder if Riot intentionally does this so we can #LCSBIGPLAYS when the OP as fuck champions get through bans at worlds.

Brief list of what needs to happen:

Fiora: Ditch her true damage scaling per level, just flat 2.7 per 100 AD. Probably would need more of a nerf, but going from 4.4% true damage per 100 AD to 2.7% true damage per 100 AD at level 18 is a good way to tone down her absolutely absurd late game, especially seeing as her early game is great, and her mid game is fucked, and her late game is so broken it makes me puke.

Darius: Reduce rank 1 Q by 10 damage, reduce rank 5 Q by 20 damage. Fix Q bug. Reduce rank 17 and 18 bloodlust to +10 damage from +20, so his total passive damage is +180 from +200. Slap his early game a little bit, slap his late game a little bit. I really wish you wouldn't have done these recent buffs to Darius, so I feel like the changes I suggested here might not go far enough, but it's a start. People are obviously incredibly stupid at playing against Darius, and it's likely that's why the developers havn't nerfed him this patch. People need to learn to stop being stupid against Darius, and he'll likely tone down a lot. Still, I feel these nerfs will take him to a better place. Also that Q bug is kind of stupid.

Skarner: Reduce ult base damage to 15-75 from 20-100. Skarner's upfront burst against squishies needs to be hit. Don't really have much more to say than that. He's pretty health right now, and likely in the same boat as Darius in that he is a little volatile to balance with shifts from "bad" to "incredibly OP" being easy to make. However, I think if you just tone him down a little bit he'll end up fine. Alternatively: Don't nerf Skarner. His winrates have been fairly meh, being 50% at diamond+. This might be because of "omg skarner was so OP and now he's not and I'm trying to do stupid things cause I thought he was OP" or it just might legitimately be because he's fairly meh now. I don't know. He still feels strong as fuck to me.

Kalista: Just let her be slowed for fuck's sake. Reduce the range of her jumps when she's slowed. Alternatively, just outright remove her %HP damage. This champion has been pick/ban for so fucking long and you guys pretend it's not a problem cause #LCSBIGPLAYS. This is Lee Sin x20.

Vayne: Reduce her AS per level to 2.5% from 4%. Yes, contrary to the patch notes, more silver bolts did hurt people. They hurt the game's health in particular.

Ahri: Reduce her Q damage to 80-240 instead of 80-280. This champion has been top tier for such a long fucking time. I get the omg she's so cute she's my Waifu, but she'd still be your Waifu at -40 damage. If you want immobile champions to be played without just outright dominating everything they touch (Darius) then you need to make mobile champions not roflstomp everything they touch.

Mordekaiser: W can now be cast on minions. W no longer gives bonus XP. Mord is legitimately the most broken champion in the game right now. His winrate is the highest after the skarner nerfs, and every ADC player I've talked to has said how OP he is. Coming in at an absurd 56% win rate it seems outrageous to me that riot puts him in the same category as other champions. Darius and Skarner are a little OP. Ahri is a little OP. Mord has a 56% win rate as ADC, and people have had such little time to learn him due to the bans. His W giving him a permanent level advantage on his opponents in addition to getting his ult a full level earlier is fucked up. This nerf might not bring him down from 56% to an acceptable 51-52%, but I feel it's a good way to ensure that Mord doesn't just snowball out of control. Meanwhile, being able to W minions is a good way for Mord top to have a way to fight his enemies if he needs to fight an all-in.

My watch list:

Diana. Diana's impact on the game is kind of like Darius's: Once she gets going if your squishy gets hit by a single Q they die. The difference is that Diana is far squishier, but doesn't need to ramp up to do it. It can be frustrating.

Viktor: Still 1shotting. I guess it's kinda-okay cause he's immobile. But still man, EQ and a squishy is dead.

Tristana: Likely to just become the best right after Tristana/Vayne nerfs. While I feel the other ADCs have a reasonable balance between them Tristana just sort of has a LOT in her kit with no real weaknesses. She has self peel, spam gap closers, long range, burst, poke, a good laning phase, a good late game, good objective control, etc. I don't think an ADC should exist without a particular weakness, seeing as how ADCs have the least counterplay of any class.
