How about....you pay attention to the efficiency of your build in game? Core items should always be Shiv and IE. Other than that, it depends on what you are playing against.

I'd probably build statikk before rageblade, the crit synergizes with your kit a lot I'd probably get rageblade later on. My first three items are typically shiv then IE/Bork

Rageblade falls off as the game goes on, if you get it on Tryndamere you should probably rush it for the first item power spike.

I don't know, it depends on how the game was going or who you were against.

Mortal Reminder is good if you're against something like Mundo or Olaf, but Lord Dominik's should be better most of the time.

All of those items individually are good on Tryndamere though (I'm admittedly not a big fan of Rageblade), so depending on the game it is fine.
