Quinn is everything I've always wanted her to be, thanks Rito

My favorite part of playing Quinn has always been whizzing across the map on Valor.

Now I can do that whenever I want and the movement speed doesn't decay.

I know many people are unhappy with the removal of the blind. I've also noticed it's a bit hard to duel other ADC without it too, but I think Quinn is headed in the right direction with the changes.

Nothing more satisfying than homeguards+ Valor or, Skystrike+ E, so friggin awesome
