her Q needs a damage buff. That thing does no damage at all through any stage of the game. It's so bad.
She needs a clear indicator on her ult for when it gets the bonus damage. Similar to cho or Darius
Her W needs to be delayed for when the enemy sees it. 2.5 seconds is long as crap in league time. Delay it by 1 second before they can notice it. Giving you a chance to wait it out instead of them walking away cause you can't attack them for ages to charm them

W is a pretty powerful spell for an assassin. The biggest problem is,you have to be careful how you balance it.Giving 0.25 seconds delay might seem like nothing on paper,but for squishy champion it can be mean alot. Like you can destroy MF,Jhin,Ashe and Jinx with Eve.
Might be good to check websites for buffs (like Surrat20) for changes. Her R now refunds 25% of it's CDR and applies her passive. Passive now reapplies after 1.5 seconds of taking damage.
