hed need to be full build, already fight you for 5 seconds, and have 5 bleed stacks on you.

I want to see a true Tank meta again, maybe then people will learn what actually makes a meta a tank meta, instead of a meta where only a handful of tanks thrive that is dictated by some other factor.

Well to be honest, now is "oneshoteverythingin0.2seconds-meta".
