@Meddler Are you planning on giving Zed any minor buffs?

I'm Probably going to get hate just for posting this but, do you plan on giving Zed any minor buffs? He's sitting at a 46% win rate with around a 14% play rate and to me having played Zed A LOT he seems to be struggling. Now while champions with high play rates should have a bit lower of a win rate, you have champions like Ahri with the same play rate, yet has a 53.5% win rate.

Any buffs planned?

He doesn't have a high play rate because everyone hates fighting against him and ban him. Ahri is way easier than Zed to use, when when you actually know how to use zed right, he becomes more of a problem than many other champions that are used right (Poke + Mobility + Strong ult does like half ur health + Slippery + invulnerable during ult + strong early game + strong lane game + snowballs like crazy + great roam)

no buffs for him pls only nerfs

What on earth are you talking about? His play rate is the exact same as Ahri, the only difference is she sits at a 7% higher win rate.

Must have been my mistaken then. Anyway, the winrate is determined by the players right? Not the actual champion, since Zed is really, really hard to use and isn't just skillshots like ahri (maybe a little below azir/orianna) lowers his winrate because no other champion is like him and has as much utility, chasing potential, escape, all that stuff which makes him a bit harder to use. He really doesn't deserve buffs though, you can't deny that he has very safe poke and an easy all-in at level 6. What is wrong with him? It isn't the champion, it's the players.

Again idk what you're talking about. Zed isn't much harder top lay then Ahri, with basic combos you can do fine. I'm a 700 game+ Zed main and I never do anything super fancy because most the time its pointless and the basics get you far. He's more knowledge based then anything.

So yes I do think he deserves buffs at least minor ones. Because according to data he isn't performing well.

Of course you find it easy with him because you are a 700+ Zed main, thats more than enough to master any champion.

Fun Fact: Some months ago, Zed was the #8 champion on the Korean server. After that, his winrate went down and other champions went up and took his place (e.g. one notable example of this was Kayle). Zed was then buffed with the changes to QSS and as we all know, he became the No. 1 banned champion in the game. There was even talk around here whether or not he would break Kassadin's records. Zed then later received a mixed adjustment of nerfed harass but buffed his all-ins.

So for Zed, as a champion, it is arguable as to whether his strength is even any less than when he was in the #8 spot in performance. Which may be the reason he still has an 86.23% ban rate in Korea.

Just a fun fact to think about.

Fun Fact: Zed received almost ZERO increased performance after the Qss. Due to the fact that most people were just not buying the item. You can argue all you one but that is a FACT that people weren't buying. Despite the changes to Qss he didn't perform any better. (It was like the same thing with Duskblade, people thought it would break him, it ended up being meh, and most people don't even build it anymore)

Hahaha no buff for that freak

Why not? Care to give a reason? Good examples? Data to support it? I'd love to hear why (P.S. Him being annoying doesn't count as thats subjective)

Nope, just dont like him. NERF NERF NERF

Then I suggest not commenting if you aren't going to provide anything meaningful besides the fact that you dislike him. Doesn't really contribute to the conversation of his state of balance.

I wouldn't mind lowering his skill floor but still keeping his skill cap high.

I think a great way to do this is when his shadow throws a Q, it goes to the same point as your Q.

No, my contribution is when i get a chance to ban his OP ass as much as i can until Riot gives adequate chance to Retaliate after his ult
