Hey Riot, True Stealth

So what if, there was an advanced type of stealth, only reserved for certain abilities. Basically, stealth that wasn't reveal by Sweeper, Pinks, Towers, etc. The only thing that would reveal this would be attacking (obviously) and the fountain, because as we all know fountain is one OP mother fucker. Seriously, let the enemy spawn.

The idea behind this is since stealth is so easy to counter with pinks, tower, Lee Sin or other vision abilities, along with Pink wards becoming slightly cheaper, and therefore a little easier to access. So who would get this and why?

My first thought, and the original reason behind the idea, was Kha'Zix with evolved R. This would give a reason to evolve his R, as now he could once again tower dive, assuming he can catch the enemy off guard enough so they don't hug tower. Not exactly game breaking considering stealthing under towers used to be a thing way back in early season 4 and before. And it would finally add a reason to evolve R.

And of course, can't talk about Kha'Zix without his big lore counterpart, Rengar. So why would Rengar get this on his ultimate? Because his ult already requires time to activate, so it's not an easy escape, and because there's an indicator for him being near, so him being true stealthed still doesn't let him kill without any warning.

Twitch. The last one I want to talk about. Why him? Well, he's the only one of the three I've mentioned who's stealth isn't an ultimate. So why him? Because let's be honest, Twitch is not in a good spot right now. And it takes 3 decades for him to stealth if being attacked anyways, so at least let that stealth be meaningful and not just him not attacking for 6 seconds just to get pinked and die.
