@Meddler Is it bad Idea Shift Blitz Ulti pasive to W or E ??

Few notes :

  1. Blitz was designed as fighter ( ???) / top laner
  2. His Ulti Pasive is mega terrible and outdated for support - annoying even

Side note : Riot Testing increase CD on Ulti - let it be but...

1st idea : I would shift Ulti Pasive to E , When Blitz punch someone he also spawns that little storms around him (range etc / ap sacling) 2nd idea : Shift pasive to W , During the dash Blitz spawn little storms around him . At the end of the rush/dash He makin big Impact storm or something just and idea

3rd idea : If you wanna increase Ulti CD , increase also Silence from 0,5s to 1 or 1,5 s is it bad ?

The fact that the ult passive exists is the problem. Even if Blitz was in a solo lane (like top) the ult passive is unpredictable. A better idea would be if the bolt hit a target that blitz last AA'ed and / or the bolt proc'ed the AA effect from FOTM, Relic shield, Frost Queen, ......etc.

Another issue is that if you take Blitz out of the support role and put him into a lane, Blitz needs his ult and some cdr for wave clear. Blitz has a slow aa and q,e are single target, so wave clearing is a major weakness for lane Blitz if you increase his ult CD.
