the amount of damage reduction he gets from deaths dance and phantom dancer still make him feel like a tank that does damage, to me anyway.

Maybe i'm just salty since I really hate that champion now.

personally i don't think he is anymore. he was broken at the beginning of the adc rework. then he got changed and became a little more balanced but still a bit too strong. now hes fine in my opinion

Not particularly.

He's still a strong jungler and top laner, but he's no longer the undisputed top tier pick he was. Champions like Ekko, Maokai, and Malphite are better top, and Malzahar is pretty much the unrivaled king of the jungle now.
