Yeah who gets the athene's charges when soraka ults and everyone is missing hp?

I believe it is split up between all of them, but I could be wrong. At least it was when I played Lux, Instead of healing my allies up and using all the charges on the way out of the shield, it would use 50% on the way out and 50% on the way in. Maybe Soraka ultimate is like that too.

Most heals always target one person first. But in the case of heals affecting more than one target (Soraka Ult, Nami bounces) iI assume it would heal the target with lowest health and then the next target. It does not overheal, but heals for exact amount.

So if your Athene's has 200 charges, and you heal someone with 100 missing health they will be healed for 100 and your Athene's will still have 100 charges. I've noticed Windspeakers and the 15% heal items increase the amount Athene's heals without taking away from it's number value.

Athene's might work like how Karthus ults proc luden's on the person you set as the top person when you press the TAB key.

Its been comfirmed that it heals the persons highest in your prioritize list (the tab menu) which I use just so I have an easier time to remember which laner is going where. I wonder if they would implement a way to number the people you want to prioritize in shields or heals (like for Athene's/Soraka Ult/Sona W)

I imagine it would only go with the closest. SImilar to how Luden's Echo works with Karthus Ult.
