Can we change the meaning of takedowns to KILLS ONLY?

Why is it allowed that certain champions get extra benefit because they landed assists instead of kills?

Why is Kata allowed to trigger her passive multiple times even though she didn't get one single kill in the teamfight? Why is Tristana allowed to rocket jump all over the place because she got assists? Jinx and Master Yi too get benefits because they got assists rather than kills.

Can we change all takedown benefitted abilities/passives to KILLS ONLY? It is ridiculous that bad players get stupid champion benefits because they landed one Q or they landed on auto attack on someone.

Only kills should be allowed to trigger takedown effects.

Because being punished for having a fed teammate/Pyke in the team is bad. Most such effects now only work if enemy died in 3 seconds after taking damage from that champion(Kata, Rengar, maybe some others)

It's not assist. It's if the enemy dies shortly (3sec) after being tagged by that champ.

If you made it kills only trigger it, you would need to buff those champions immensely, like, double the takedown perks if you wanna make it kills only
