Why of course Fiora. Buffed 30 times in 2 years. Late game champion that destroys the enemy laner from level 1 onwards.

Yeah, she destroys lane phase, but outside it, she is almost useless unless insanely fed.

If she is going to have such a shitty teamfight, they might as well give her some tools to actually split.

And hopefully, if these buffs do actually help her winrate, they can then nerf some of her lane phase power

Eh, probably not. As much as I feel that would be true, its not gonna be the case. Neither of them are the poster child (Kai Sa).

Kaisa is not the poster child. She's gotten nerfed so much since release.

She's just a disgusting champion. She'll never be balanced because her itemization will never be bad. She is way too versatile in terms of build and what she does for a team.

Have a diving composition? Nice, Kaisa can follow-up. Full AD? She does hybrid damage and can build AP + Zhonyas. Against an Assassin? She has burst to match + can build zhonyas.

Against tanky teams? Has % health mixed damage. The champion is just overloaded AS FUCK and can't be balanced without being gutted.

Ways to make her balanceable:

Make her passive do physical damage. Make her Q worse for clearing waves so she's less safe in lane phase

Either lower her DPS or burst.

So now every champion is a poster child? Apparently Ezreal, Vayne, Jhin, Caitlyn, Lucian, and Kaisa are all "poster child" for ADC in league - and Riot "refuses to nerf them" completely disregarding the countless nerfs all these champions receive.

Imma guess Morde. I don’t know why but they’re trying to make him a pro pick. And let me just say as a guy who enjoys him that’ll only happen if he’s legitimately overtuned. And that SHOULDNT happen.

I don't find morde that much of a menace honestly, just build qss and he's not even a champion. His w cooldown is way too long lategame, so he always dies even when he has full shield bar lol

As frustrating playing again Fiora is, we still need to remember that League's goal is to win games, not win duels on the toplane. Fiora is INSANELY strong in 1V1. Besides Jax, Yi, Trynda and may be some other champions, she can pretty much kill anyone under tower as the game goes on. However, she sucked hard in two things: pushing waves, and taking towers. Sure, building Hydra and Triforce helped her doing both tasks, but she was still quite a mediocre splitpusher if it was not for a 1V1 power. This means that Fiora is able to pretty do whatever she wants on a sidelane, as she would destroy anyone coming to duel her, but she does not have a tremendous impact on the game as the pressure she applies is not really something to worry about: she simply cannot take turrets quickly enough. Therefore, they buffed this part of her kit, meaning she can now do a good splitpush job.

One might argue that they should have nerfed other part of her kit to compensate, or that the kit is in itself unhealthy. But this does not change the fact that Fiora had troubles winning games and that she needed something to help her be a decent splitpusher, instead of simply being a busted 1v1 machine.

Yeah. Because they hard nerfed her for a while. Theyre trying to give her some actual split push potential instead of giving her more teamfight potential, given teamfighting is supposed to be her weak point.

Really? They are both disgusting at dueling, strong at splitting, and suck at teamfighting. Both have a mobility spell, both have in kit healing, both have resets on their movement spell that deals damage, both have an ability that debuffs the enemy, both have slows.

Fiora is a much better duelist, by far. Trynd is much better at split pushing. Trynd has in combat healing, fiora doesnt have a reliable heal outside ult. Trynd can escape you better, fiora can chase you better.
