Sort of stupid how using her ult renders you unable to use her E in most cases. I know the typical combo is E into Ult but sometimes you get engaged on by an enemy and need to ult earlier to dodge a key spell.

Also, her voice lines dont trigger anymore when she ults. I want enemies to hear "YOU AND I WILL END THIS. NOW." when I ult them, not just "HRUAGHH".

You do realize her screams are also voice lines? You just don't get them often enough to remember them, I don't see how the coding can fail to trigger one voice line if the other one functions properly. Also, It would overload her kit and force more nerfs if she were able to do that in her own ult. It's not a terrain for anyone, just a line the target cannot get through by any means for a few seconds.
