Yah 360 second, let's just bust up the annoying manaless champions that can use their skills to move faster to lane with ignite by nerfing teleport more so the slow Darius Illaoi Urgot Yorick doesn't exist anymore in this meta while Tryndamere Aatrox Garen Renekton can use their manaless skills to move to lane faster with ignite. Yay

conversely it also means that someone winning their lane can't back, buy, then tp in to dominate as often. I still think that this nerf is stupid, i just don't think it has any net change in snowballing.

If you're winning lane then you kill the enemy laner and shove to turret, then recall and walk back without issues. Wave management 101.

^ if i was winning my lane i won't waste my tp to tp under enemy tower, would save it if i was dead or if i want to gank bot. Cause wave would push anyway and make enemy lose alot of exp while damage tower on it own.

@Riot, who keeps bringing pot brownies to work? Feel like if you want to address early snowball... IGNITE would be up for review first, wouldn't it?

Nah we got to screw top laner more and force ignite in their throat.

mana isnt an issue for mana champions anymore since item 2033 exists.

i remember seasons ago when i was able to leverage my ability to cast spells without mana and make my opponent run oom with well calculated trades, and by counterbuilding them with item 1029 + 5 item 2003

since corrupting potion exists, im laning against champions like Pantheon who spam their shit nonstop off cooldown and never run oom.

rushing armor isnt an option since the effect adds magic damage, and they usually run aery.

really, if youre complaining about resourceless champions in 2018, then youre building wrong.

all of the champions you listed there are using corrupting potion to great effect. darius reapplies the dot with his bleed, yoricks ghouls keep the dot on his opponent, illaoi can use it well to add damage on her slams.

I talking here about how they use their "Speed" "Dashing" to* move faster * to lane since they manaless. I talking about how they move to lane not how they perform in lane.
