We 1v1 before the game ends.

I have 1301 health. Garen has 17 health.

He flashes away after I throw my Q (since I have approach velocity, I catch up to him) then when I catch up to him, he pressed R. 1366 TRUE DAMAGE!

All 8 people watching instantly are all like [zombie-brand-mindblown]

With only a mortal reminder, there's no reason at all Garen should have even been able to drop below 2.5k HP. I had like 900 armor! That's not the issue though. The real issue is the insane amount of damage his ult did!

At least if it was Darius Chogath Veigar Pyke Nasus I know that at least earned it through build/farm. Not something they can do playing from behind.

Garen literally just throws it out in a panic. No itemization, no farm.

Where is the patch notes? I don't care about the fact that he melts people with his E. I'm pissed about being instamelted by R. NERF GAREN R!

Even when I'm playing Galio and get melted by a Cass, I know she's a DPS champ. It's doesn't happen instantly. I have time to walk away if the engage doesn't go in my favor. But Garen, just instantly 1366 true damage out of fucking nowhere!

Are you joking? Their isn't a single AD champ that can 1v1 Malphite with ther exception of Illaoi if Malph is dumb enough to get slapped up by tentacles.

I also don't count Fiora or Olaf as AD since true damage is their primary damage.

True damage is one of the three types of damage in League of Legends. True damage ignores armor and magic resistance, as well as other forms of damage reduction.

You want post some proof of this? This game isn't in your match history so I am guessing its on an alternate account. Helps to understand how it happened if we can see it happen.

I can post a screenshot right before and after my execution from replay, but they changed the way you post pictures. I guess I can put it on my google account and share it from there.

you have no hp built on a tank

garens ult does true damage so all that armor you built with zero hp is pointless

also garens ult scales with nothing but the base damage plus a % of the hp missing from target

he cant build anything to amplify it at all . they only thing he can do is use IGNITE to bring your missing hp higher for more damage

150 / 300 / 450 (+ 20 / 25 / 30% of target's missing health)

Your build isn't really an anti-Garen build. I don't know who else was in the match. It's a lot of armor, sure. (Two Warden's Mail Items) Grievous Wounds is a waste against that Garen. (I know... Conqueror... still.) Warden's Mail / Cripple effects also... not what anybody should be building against a Garen. (Unless Randuin's, since he was building crit, i suppose.) We don't have the full match. It's not bad... but nothing there that's going to particularly bother Garen. Garen was pretty much full damage glass-cannon.

You did build SOME HP. But this wasn't optimal against THAT guy.
