Not because the rework made her weak, but instead made the champ feel too autonomous.
Well, that was the main reason along with nerfs to her Q damage/shape and I preferred longer lasting plants that i manually spawned vs rng bleh bleh I'm going to cut myself off b4 I get into a rant.
If these Ai nerfs end up making Zyra worthless please just revert back to the skill-rewarding pre-update version.

Now Kog'Maw is the only one left to change his death passive (Karthus' one is like his core)

But after i knew that this would be her new q i didnt like it neither.
Her old passiv was clunky. Creative but clunky. Her new is more interesting (similar to 
).
Conclusion for me: New Q = meh, New Passiv = quite better
And yes, i miss the viable mid-zyra, too.
The Yetii Rider1 votesIt's not just that it rewards death. It specifically rewards dying NEAR enemy champions. That translates to the enemy being punished for jumping on her, which isn't good.
I don't like her new passive but her old passive didn't fit her at all.

Zyra was my main mid laner and it felt good when I executed my combos correctly but now plants seem to just do your damage regardless and yet they feel wimpy because there are so many of them. I thought she was just fine before except for her passive and maybe low move speed.
