Utility buff for Jayce's Q(To the Skies!)
When Jayce cast's To the Skies! he should land on the other side of his target so he can use his Thundering blow in a helpful way instead of knocking the target out of his and his teams range.
The slow just doesn't cut it at all.
I believe this is the only thing holding Jayce back.
If this makes him too strong, it would be worth losing the aoe slow, or having it on a longer cooldown, or some other nerf to accommodate the buff.
