Give Shen's Ult Offensive Pasive (Ult Shield Compensation)

Ikr, that's what he needs most. They probably refraining fromit because shen's ult was how it is for a long 5 years and giving it a passive may render his playstyle.... But who cares! Once shen's playstyle is fun, fluid, interactive and vivid (not a slow point and click bore snore) i mean you dont have to design him to be a clicking maniac filling my garbage with several mouses xD (as you would Kalista) but seriously man.

Preferably passive so it can help out a bit in the lanning phase. I'm sure if Riot tackles this problem this can be the defining factor to finally balancing shen, i even care if the passive is situational just as long as it gives him an offensive boost or power you can tap into on occasion. You probably can make it an isolation passive like 's to keep it from being strong in teamfights ;)
