Just lost a game in 18.5 minutes

I just want an honest Riot response on whether or not this is or is not the desired direction this game is going.

Just give me a 'No, we agree it's too snowbally and it's not a fun experience when a champ who has a small advantage becomes non-interactive' so I can keep playing

Or

'Yes, this is the desired game pace and scaling that we are going for' so I can stop playing.

This is what almost every thread on your own forums is about. Just give me a straight answer.
