will most likely become CORE items on them. And honestly anything that can give them more crit and AD (with as little attack speed as needed honestly) will most likely become go to items for them. Graves on PBE without Attack speed is practically 3 shotting TURRETS! Due to dealing 4.4 AD on a critical auto attack at lvl 18 with Infinity Edge. Hitting up to 600+ damage in one AA on a turret mind you.
Lucian will want to ABUSE his passive Lightslinger by spamming abilites to get double-shots on EACH auto attack. So CDR and AD once again. Crit will still be nice though!
Of the other ones getting changed by a large amount these: 
will mostly likely ignore this item as well. Debatable for MF right now since her new passive, Love Tap, makes her want to spread the "love" of getting shot by her guns Shock and Awe in Pre-Season 6. No seriously she named her guns that, check here.
? Yeah I'm gonna love this one when he gets 5.0 attack speed with W active. Though its gonna be IMPOSSIBLE to attack move at such a high attack speed. So I BETTER find a "Protect the Kog'Maw" team comp to make him scary.
How is it gonna affect the other Marksmen? Well we should wait and find out ourselves! See what works with which champions and see what is just a bad idea.

Will prolly brake a few champions. I mean 40% cdr 40% crit mana back attack speed and trinity proc.
