MAKE HIS W WORK LIKE EVERY SINGLE OTHER FREAKING POINT AND CLICK SKILL currently say someone veigar throws his ult but the target dies before it lands it still goes on cd but no no no on if a champion dies during the animation the cd is almost completely reset also his W COMPLETELY DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF SPELLSHIELD yes,thats right if you spell shield his W with E W its also going to be nearly completely reset if your not going to nerf his dmg or tankyness atleast make it so it goes on cd if he fails to perform it
