Evelynn's Q feels so worthless and is easily the worst thing in her kit

It just doesn't accomplish much throughout any point of the game. All her damage comes from bursting with her empowered E after the W fully fills up. Then ulting for the execute. The Q is just there for camps and even then the E does more damage if you wait for the W.

It needs to be buffed or changed it's so horrible
