Really, Quinn is still retardly oppressive. Really, can we make this champ not 100% tilt inducing? Can we for the love of God not nerf her Q, but nerf her vault, so she can't spamm it offensively and still have it ready every time you get in range? This is 100% infuriating.

In fact most gap openers have cooldowns several seconds shorter than Vault at all ranks not to mention it's linear nature and melee focused nature gives it huge amounts of counterplay.
