riot i think you will have to buff and nerf other classes to coincide with these ADC changes

Assassins, tanks and enchanter supports to be exact

Assassins will need nerfs, they are already doing great right now and with several indirect buffs on the pbe via item changes and nerfs to early adcs themselves this should be a given.

tanks or tank items more likely will need buffs, adcs will gain around 30% more damage to tanks if the current pbe changes go through. Buffs to tank items will also have a knock on effect to tankier bruisers hopefully

Enchanter supports as a whole may also need looked at, but specific nerfs should be directed to janna and lulu (shield duration)

If Tanks are going to receive a Nerf, It should be little because they don't feel too strong or anything right now (And after the Pbe changes they will be easier to take down with ADCs); I would prefer not even a nerf for them. I don't think that Assasins should be nerfed; The only way they will need to be nerfed is if supports get a nerf or ADC get a Really Really strong nerf. Also, I do think the ''Nerf to ADCs wasn't as big as some people paint it.'' It affects, of course, but I have seen worse nerfs. In my opinion, mages are in a worse state right now than ADCs. Furthermore, I don't think that enchanter supports will be nerfed; I have enough reasons to think that.
