Red + krugs = lvl 3 + red buff and then you can gank bot lane while they are still lvl 1.
Why does riot makes the strongest role in the game in terms of game impact even stronger is beyond me, when are junglers going to see a power level drop overall? Atleast we can ban 10 junglers next season i guess.

Them mid laners are rocking some pretty sweet winrates and Vayne's sitting at a kush 53%.
Gonna have to give it to mid laners and bot laners atm, especially considering the useful jungle champs are always banned.
And we all know 
can impact a game far more than most junglers. Otherwise Aurelion Sol wouldn't have been rocking a 90% winrate in challenger.

The exp buff to Krugs only made people who didn't do the math more likely to do that start.
I cleared both Krugs and raptors on everyone anyway just fine, so it didn't affect me at all.

(Just FYI, when I play jungle I start every game with no leash and take two camps before backing for a hunters pot. So honestly, I could probably actually do this without a leash. Full disclosure.)
