Why Don't You Ban These People?
I just had a guy in two lobbies and a game. In both lobbies, he banned champs our team had picked. In the game we were in he went jungle, didn't take smite, and hung at the fountain until the 2:58 mark. Then roamed the jungle and did the least possible all game.
His user name had a reference to being toxic. I can't imagine what sort of investigation is needed here. And in placements? Don't tell me you can climb.
