In love with this item. It's absolutely bonkers when used correctly. It reminds me of Deathfire Grasp from back in the day. Kudos on good design and a terrifyingly potent item.

i wouldn't say it's completely broken since each spell cast is only worth 1 charge out of 100 and noticed only spell cast so toggle mana spending effects don't charge it so it could be a bit more better
