I already miss the old days when vayne was consider "op" atleast she required skills to do that, not just spam one of your skills and you are good to go.

So, Lucian and Ez got direct nerfs while Kai'Sa got indirectly nerfed through her 1st core item rush. The reason why is to bring crit adcs on equal display as on-hit carries(hence why lucian the latest on hit edition, ezreal, and kai'sa) got nerfed on the 1st place. Now time for bruisers to get tones down a little so we can have an actual versile and equal display of all classes on botlane, including mages.
