This give Cass a hard time since she can no long build sorc boots.
Is it possible to get a new magic pen item that is not health based and has a unique defense active? Something that would appeal to glass canon mages?
DreamLeviathan1 votesWell, there's Haunting Guise and Liandry's Torment. I guess those have health on them, but I wouldn't expect health to be so unwelcome for a mage who will often spend extended time in combat range.
There's probably room for another mpen item, though.

Yea I don't like health on mages as I think it is a tank stat and should never be on mages. An item with magic pen and unique active like Zhoyas would do.

And the fact that you are ignoring items that are almost made for Cassiopeia, Rylai's and Liandry's, because you think mages shouldn't build health is ridiculous. Hell, with the Mage update, they added a bunch of new items for mages that have health as a core component
