So i basically use champ shards to get the one champ i don't have. I have everyone. But wait for new champions to come out to get new champ. It didnt work wtf riot :(

They have already addressed this before she was released. "It takes a day or so for new content to be added to the hextech crafting database". If you didn't wait, it's on you.

Ya I always assumed that was the case. I'm pretty sure it was the same when Sol was released as well!
