PSA: LOCK IN in the new champ select

A lot of people are dodging because they don't know that you have to lock in your champ or the game will dodge. It's not like the champ select where we are used to it locking for us.

So please spare us the long wait times because you don't know how the new champ select works. I've already had two games where I waited over 10 minutes because people didn't lock in.
