Two Champs No One Notices Are a Bit Broken

I know lots of champs with too-high damage, but these two are among the worst because they have that one bit of point-and-click CC that just simply makes them not fun to play against.

Annie I mean, really. If her ability doesn't do massive amounts of damage, they make her into some sick, twisted version of Rammus. When combined, her full burst deals 870 (+230% AP) damage, and that doesn't even include the lingering damage from her Bear, that can also run around with her cancerous Rammus passive. If that's not fun enough, she has a stun, too! A stun that she can activate on any of her low-cooldown abilities. It stuns everyone, and it stuns them for a very long time, giving her bear more than enough time to deal another 240 (50% AP) damage. And if that is also not enough, if you are lucky enough to have killed her, her bear will transform into Sonic the motherfucking Hedgehog and chase you down 'till death do you part. I recently killed her as Garen with item 3009, and then I summoner 4 summoner 6 away, and the Bear STILL catches up to me. Is her insane amounts of damage isn't something you'll nerf, then at least slow that bear down. Please.

Now.

LeeSin I have no earthly idea how nep2une some people can actually say this guy is "weak." Sure, he has a massive skillcap, but nearly every champ with a high skill cap is obnoxious, overloaded and overpowered. Yasuo Riven are controversial examples. To start off, his combined combo does 1140 (+480% Bonus AD) Damage. That's a lot of damage on a Lee that builds full AD. That's actually quite a lot for a more tanky Lee, too. His kit allows him to jump in and out of fights unharmed and deal extraordinary pokes in between them. He also has an ult that hurts a lot and makes you 100% unable to do a single thing for a long while. Honestly, there's nothing much else to say other than that.

The reason people ignore damage outputs when considering how overpowered they are is because everyone just expects you to buy full tank on every champion you use, from Ahri, to Talon, to Ezreal. League shouldn't become a "who has the most armour" contest. That just makes the game less fun.

I mean, i wouldn't say that lee, riven, or yasuo have high skill caps. They are just high tempo.

For some reason people feel like being able to make two moves for every move your opponent makes, means you're playing at a higher skill... when if anything it means there is less skill involved, because you have twice as many chances to make decisions.

Does that make them any less broken?
