the only thing brand has over viktor is his passive but brand has no mobility viktor has a huge speed boost his stun can be aoe has a better poke and ulti all while being more reliable than brand

Well Viktor has a 51% winrate in mid Brand is sporting 52% in mid and he can also flex to support where he has a 54% winrate

Idk why his winrates higher... but it is higher. So doesn't that at least mean something?

vitkor is much harder than brand mechanically

Not as much harder to use mechanically, as it is harder to reach the same results. Viktors E and ult are very interesting spells while brand has only simple skillshots and point and click spells.

Brand has more AoE damage and is less item dependant.

Brand's stun is longer and doesn't have a 1.5 second delay. Brand is better against tanks because of his passive.
